1. Binding Agreement

By completing a purchase on Veetis.com, the customer enters into a legally binding agreement with Veetis. This agreement encompasses the order details, the selected shipping method and its associated delivery timeframe, the cancellation policy, and all terms and conditions published on Veetis.com at the time of purchase. Completion of payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms without reservation.


2. Delivery Terms and Customer Obligations

The customer acknowledges that by selecting a shipping method at checkout, they accept the corresponding delivery timeframe as outlined in our Shipping Policy. The customer agrees to allow the full stated delivery window to elapse before raising any dispute, claim, or chargeback related to non-receipt of goods.

Delivery estimates are based on transit time from dispatch and may be affected by factors outside Veetis control, including but not limited to customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, and circumstances of force majeure. Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract by Veetis and do not entitle the customer to a refund or chargeback within the contracted delivery window.


3. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are only accepted within 12 hours of placing an order. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled or modified. By placing an order, the customer accepts this condition. Cancellation requests submitted outside this window will not be honoured. Attempting to recover funds via chargeback following a denied cancellation request that was submitted outside the eligible window constitutes an improper use of the dispute mechanism and will be contested by Veetis in full.


4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Veetis takes fraudulent and premature chargeback filings seriously. The following are considered invalid grounds for a chargeback and will be disputed:

Filing a non-receipt chargeback before the contracted delivery window has fully elapsed. Filing a chargeback following a cancellation request that was submitted outside the 12-hour cancellation window. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Veetis support and allowing a reasonable period for resolution. Filing a chargeback based on claims that misrepresent or omit the communication history between the customer and Veetis.

Customers are required to contact Veetis at info@veetis.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Failure to do so prior to filing a chargeback may be presented as evidence of bad faith in any resulting dispute process.

Veetis reserves the right to submit all available evidence to the relevant payment processor or financial institution when contesting a chargeback, including order records, communication history, shipping documentation, and the purchase terms accepted by the customer at checkout.


5. Misrepresentation and Abuse of the Dispute System

Filing a chargeback based on false or misleading claims, including false claims of non-receipt, false claims of no merchant response, or misrepresentation of the communication timeline, constitutes an abuse of the payment dispute system. Veetis reserves the right to pursue all available remedies in response to such conduct, including providing evidence of misrepresentation to the relevant financial institution and taking further action where appropriate.

7. Policy Updates

Veetis reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version of these terms published on Veetis.com at the time of purchase is the version applicable to that transaction.
