Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer four shipping options at checkout. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the delivery timeframe associated with the shipping method they selected.

Free Economy Shipping

Estimated delivery: 15-35 working days. This is a budget-friendly option suited for customers who do not require urgent delivery. By selecting this option, the customer agrees to allow up to 35 working days from the date of dispatch for their order to arrive.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 10-18 working days. This option includes full tracking and faster delivery at a modest cost. By selecting this option, the customer agrees to allow up to 18 working days from the date of dispatch for their order to arrive.

Premium Shipping

Estimated delivery: 8-15 working days. A faster and more reliable service for customers who value quicker transit. By selecting this option, the customer agrees to allow up to 15 working days from the date of dispatch for their order to arrive.

Express 4PX

Shipping Estimated delivery: 3-7 working days. Our fastest available option, suited for urgent orders. By selecting this option, the customer agrees to allow up to 7 working days from the date of dispatch for their order to arrive.

Note: All delivery estimates refer to transit time only and do not include order processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, public holidays, and carrier delays.

Customer Agreement at Checkout

By proceeding to payment and completing a purchase on Veetis.com, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the delivery timeframe of the shipping option selected. This agreement is binding at the time of purchase.

Chargeback Policy: Premature Claims

A chargeback filed on the basis of non-receipt before the contracted delivery window has fully elapsed is considered premature and invalid. Customers who have selected a shipping option and agreed to its delivery timeframe are required to allow the full stated period to pass before raising a non-receipt dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback before this period has expired is a direct breach of the purchase agreement made at checkout. Veetis.com reserves the right to dispute any such chargeback and provide the customer's chosen shipping terms as evidence that the contracted delivery window had not been reached at the time the claim was filed.

If a customer believes their order has not arrived after the full delivery window has passed, they are required to contact Veetis.com support at info@veetis.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving all legitimate delivery issues directly and promptly.
